Is there any setting that can be configured that will test Kanji before the vocab in reviews?
Sometimes I have to get through 100+ vocab items just to get to the Kanji I’m currently trying to memorize, this throws out the SRS for the Kanji because it might take me hours to get through the vocab.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the vocab component and I understand how it reinforces the Kanji but quite often a vocab component comes up with a kanji in it that is 50 items away and if I’ve already forgotten the kanji meaning, it makes the vocab almost impossible to remember (for me anyway).
No builtin setting like that, or well, nothing that’s exactly like that, there’s the review order, that prioritizes lower level items first, but that’s exactly what you don’t want.

Sorry for being dramatic, but the WK community introduced me to user side scripting to resolve questions like the one you are asking, and I don’t think my browsing experience will ever be the same.
