Do you know the meaning of the KaniWani pitch accent colors? They show multiple pitch accent but I’d to stick to Standard Japanese to not have broken speech and I have no idea which region each of the pitch accent they show is from.

They correspond to the parts of speech below: noun or suru verb. Heiban 平板 for when it’s a noun on its own and Nakadaka 中高 for when it’s used with する.

Almost all pitch accent dictionaries reference Tokyo-ben so you should be fine.

Ohhh thanks

I think you’re a bit wrong with your answer here. It doesn’t correspond to different parts of speech, but these are just the two accepted pitch patterns. So you can learn either one.
In my experience, there are only different pitch patterns for a word when it’s used as a noun vs being used as an adverb. The adverb seems to be more likely to be heiban. Maybe they are always heiban, but I’m not sure about this rn.

Edit:
I just realized I forgot about some other words that change their patterns
大事 is 頭高 as a noun but 尾高 as an na adjective. In the pitch accent user script for WaniKani it tells you this information, but on the dictionary I use (Takoboto) it says nothing about it…

But I still think the word in question here just has variable pronunciation, as a lot of words have. Not depending on the part of speech.
