After 4240 days, 3 resets, many breaks, with still 448 items to learn, so many more to guru, to burn, so many reading, listening, speaking, practice and many more to do, it’s L60. Not passing L60 yet, but I’ll just post this for now. Maybe if I have time, I will post more follow-up posts. Hehe

Congratulations on the awesome achievement! That’s amazing that you’ve been able to keep at it for such a long period of time. Just curious, what are your main things that have inspired you to continue to keep at it over 10 years later?

I just love learning things, especially foreign languages. Due to life, work, everything else in life, I could not commit the time continuously, thus I only have like 1043 days learning out of total 4244 days (25%) which isn’t too bad. Also I don’t really have any requirement to learn Nihongo other than just for fun and to enjoy it, thus I was and still am in no rush.

Yes, indeed, my first visit to Japan was in Sep 2024, even then, i think around L20 - L30, WK really helped me to read so many signs or things there.
