Thank you, Reorder Omega really did the trick for me! I ended up setting it up with âTrue Back-to-Back modeâ which unlike âShuffle incorrectâ will make you redo both parts later on if you miss either one. They still tend to come back up pretty quickly, like in the next 10 cards, rather than getting randomly shuffled back into the entire deck (which I would prefer), but thatâs okay.
I set it up as shown below, and between that and my ABP hack (which prevents the timeout overlay from ever popping up) I think I have a pretty good experience now, I can come and go at will. I also like how unlike Reorder Ultimate 2 it doesnât insist on crowding the screen with extra UI - once I turn off the extra UI, it hides everything under the Settings icon.

With Flaming Durtles I often do words in small sets of like 5 which makes it easier to be interrupted and also easier to cancel and redo a set if you really need to. Might be a workable option for you. Agreed that it would be good if theyâd make it an official feature though, they should really trust us to manage our own learning and not worry about âcheatingâ.

I believe some of the user made phone apps allow you to correct typos. Iâm pretty sure Flaming Durtles can if youâre on android, though I think you need to turn it on in the options. Iâve never used any of the phone apps so Iâm not certain which other ones allow it, but Iâve heard it talked about before, so Iâm sure one exists for each type of device.
Appreciate the response and Iâve heard about flaming turtles before. I donât like the app. Unless wk implements it on their website Iâll just have to accept it and be more careful with my reviews.

I did consider making that an option as well, however thatâs just not how Wanikani works (when you get an item incorrect it shuffles it into the active queue of 10 items), so I decided not to mess with that too much
