How to use the ending particle ne?

Hello everyone,

I have been struggling to understand what the meaning of the ending particle ne is and when to use it correctly. Does anyone have any insight on when to use ne and what it means exactly?

From my understanding, ne means, right? But I see ne used in a lot more situations than that. Can anyone explain it a little more?
