As you can see from the screenshot, I just got the “Again” radical in my reviews even though I am only level 9 and this radical is from level 51. This same radical appeared for me about a month ago and I thought the same thing but forgot to get a screenshot and post it as a bug.

Not a bug. We made a change on what gets included in lessons and reviews. An announcement will be made shortly.
Basically, if you have unlocked a subject, but then it gets moved to a higher level, you’ll still have access to it for lessons and reviews.

Pretty sure it used to be level 1 or 2 or something, then they moved to level 51 also.
