Hey everyone! Just wanted to share this accomplishment with people who could appreciate it. Overall, it took me just over 3.5 years to make it all the way to guru’ing all the kanji in WK. Just in time for my 27th birthday as well! So the cake will serve many purposes 
What started as a way to kill time right after graduating college has turned into a near-daily habit I’ll almost miss now. But I’m definitely glad to be done with marathon lesson/review days, especially after losing my streak for a few days/more.
I lost a bit of motivation around the level 55 mark (as you can see in my level-up chart), so it took me the past year or so to finally finish up the last 5 levels.
I traveled to Japan in October 2023 for a copule weeks, and I had used Bunpro and Preply on top of WK to get a solid starting foundation - it was super rewarding being able to communicate with people there, albeit at a pretty basic level. Since then though, I have to admit I haven’t done much Japanese study besides WK, so I still have a lot of work to do to gain conversational fluidity. But as I burn all my cards, I’m sure that once I find time/motivation to buckle down again, my base will be super solid.
