Hmm, If you look at the kanji spelling 諾威 it would be い for the final syllable, I think
But え seems fine too… (I’ll let someone else take this one 笑)

True if it wasn’t being used for 当て字 I think. It could be い or え but I think it depends on who is playing. My partner and I would use like for example エミリー and take the り part as the end and ignore the 伸ばし棒
