Anki is free and very customisable.

I’ve been trying to find a good deck on anki for a Japanese learner, and could only come up with TOEIC one with around 2000 words I believe.

Do you have any deck recommendation? maybe this one? スーパー イングリッシュ(日本人の英語学習者向けのデッキ) - AnkiWeb

Also, thank you for the links you have shared. I suppose wikiwiki is like a “guide” for Japanese speakers, correct?

There are lots of English - Japanese decks on https://iknow.jp/ catered to Japanese people learning English, might be worth a look

What if you took a Japanese deck and just reversed it?

Before Duolingo released their japanese for english learners, I was using their english for japanese learners to practice. That’s free and seemed quite good, although it suffers from offering no explanations for anything, so I wouldn’t want to use it as my only source.

I’m afraid that I haven’t had much experience download decks, I normally make my own.

That deck looks okay. But it doesn’t have much in the way of audio or pronunciation.

that’s true, if it had pronunciation it would have been way better

well thanks everyone for the help
