Is there a way to delete radicals, kanji and words that you have previous learnt using other resources.
I’d rather spend time practicing the kanji than wasting my time reviewing already known kanji.
Sorry to disappoint, but there is no way in WaniKani to skip any of the content, you’ll just have to learn it again.
Is it really that much time “wasted”? If you really know those kanji so well you’ll Guru → Master → Enlighten them quickly and effortlessly, so you won’t see them too often anyway.

It’s potentially a waste of time in the sense that you have to wait to unlock new content. But that would only affect people with significant prior knowledge.
