Add SRS stage to the update indicator during reviews

I would love it if this indicator included the SRS stage as well:

So instead of “Apprentice” it would say “Apprentice III” (or whatever you’ve just managed to achieve). I think this would give users a more complete mental picture of where a particular item is at, like “Ooh! I can get it to Guru next time!” kind of thing.

It would also be handy if you made a mistake, and you’d get to see at what rank it would be reset to.
(example: Guru 1 → Apprentice 4)
