I am going VERY fast, but damn, sometimes doing 15 vocab a day + all the kanjis at maximum speed (all at once at unlock) feels like washing dishes for every meal at home everyday: it wont stop coming lmao.
Should be level 16 on wednesday, a perfect 7 day level up. I wonder if I should add a break day at unlock after doing all the radicals

Level 16 finally, despite going full speed, this felt neverending.. (might be slightly burning out / kanji indigestion).
Here are some stats! Doing pretty good these past months, on my way to meet my lvl 25 by New Year goal.
I wont slow down just yet, but maybe tomorrow I will not do any vocab to focus on reading for exemple.
The grammar exercices I did the past two days to catch up to my genki lessons also played a role I think. It’s hard to add anything when you are going full speed on WK, at least for me.
7 days is actually a bit too fast for me and might explain the issue. I will not start the kanjis right away this time, 8/9 days is a better comfort zone for me.
I will write more about it in my Study log, but damn this was NOT an easy one. I am also very late in vocab lessons, like 2/3 days, so the next level kanji lessons should start later, unfortunately, but still very much on a good pace though.

I’ll join this one too. I’m hoping to finish in fall 2026 so I’ll miss the summer goal slightly.
Finally! After 9+ years since subscribing, 2 years after signing up for this challenge and 100+ days on level 59, I finally reached the summit of Mt. Wanikani.
To be honest, at some point I really thought I would never make it. In a sense I haven’t because there’s still some lesson remaining, let alone items to be burned.
I have never been a great student, I learn best just having fun interacting with the material, so reaching level 60 basically changes nothing in my “studying approach”. Nevertheless, it is an amazing milestone to reach and Wanikani has been an amazing tool for me to finally start reading. I’m very grateful for the team creating this tool and helping me on my Japanese learning journey 
And also a huge thank you to everyone on this forum, your support has been an incredibly motivator!
