Ch. 42

Sooo… Could they revive Lust?

Ishwar was a testing ground? What’s gonna happen soon in this country?
How much more volumes till we’ll see a full picture? Please don’t tell me “15 more”

So many different things happening in this chapter that I almost thought I’d read two chapters by accident.

For a while I was thinking it was rather a coincidence that Envy happened to turn up at Marco’s house wearing Breda’s form, but it ocurred to me that they probably rode the same train down, like with Lust the first time we met him.

Ishval.

Sixteen more. This is volume 11, not volume 12. :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah! I hope by the last volume we’ll be in the know already, so at least one volume we won’t have any surprises from the past!

Chapter 42

I mean, I’d argue that part of the ‘fun’ of FMA is that you slowly learn about the full picture and unlock new pieces of it together with the characters themselves - I honestly don’t remember whatsoever how long it took to have a more solid idea of what was going on

Yeah, sometimes I wonder if I missed the new chapter mark but then I just remember some of them tend to be long. It’s nice to have different things going on, though. I always appreciate the little exchange between Roy and Dr. Knox.

Hadn’t thought about it, but it’s a nice theory. I do like the aspect of having the villain always a step ahead; it would be boring otherwise
