鋳 and 寿 should have the same components

For some reason 鋳 uses Three, Slide, Measurement; but 寿 uses Spring, Measurement.

They should probably match since they are the same thing.

I agree, but I think the best version would just use 寿 itself as a component. I think it does a disservice to learners when they choose to break familiar kanji back down again instead of using it as a chance to reinforce what you’ve already learned. It also leads to multiple very similar mnemonics.

The team already replied thankfully but this is actually very valuable feedback. I learned 鋳 recently and the radical combination is really hard to remember. Would be much easier if 寿 itself was a component like frequent suggested.
