on Level 4, the item “申す” (To Say Humbly) has the following context sentence :
トーフグが日本のわかものにモノ申す! Tofugu gives frank advice to young Japanese people!
Can you please comment on what “モノ” actually stands for? Is it an adverb from a foreign language?

It’s just another way to write もの, 物.
The translation is kind of loose, so I wouldn’t bet against this being some kind of reference to something. I’m not sure why they do stuff like that in the low level example sentences.
