So, I read this series in English back when it was first coming out and remembered liking it, but then took a break and never got back on it (I think I read to chapter 18 or 20 or something?). I’m thinking about starting from here, since I think I would have time for another weekly read but not to go back and read all of it in Japanese. Would it be fine just to jump in here? I remember everything that happened before this point!
of course! I don’t think there’s a lot of stuff specific to the japanese that you’d be missing out on in the volume 1 or 2 chapters, maybe some recurring jokes at most. Welcome aboard!

Looks like today’s one of those days where my reading material overlaps.
First I read chapter two of Stobe Edge...
(fast-forward to walking home after school)
…
…then chapter 17 of Blue Box immediately after.
was strobe edge one of the margaret magazine sale pickups from a few months ago? looks super cute I kinda wanna read it 
Oh it’s even the same author/illustrator as blue spring ride no wonder the character style looks so familiar!
First chapter I’ve read in Japanese, and the first time coming back to this series in years, pretty happy with how it went! I think I remember supporting Chinatsu and the main character before, but I came back on a great Chouno chapter that resonated with me a lot!
Great stuff, glad to be aboard for the ride!

So apparently I took the jacket off this volume in preparation to read it back when y’all started it, probably even had half a mind to read ahead on my own, but then I just… never touched it. The number of novels I have started may have gotten a bit out of hand and I’m still trying to whittle those down, but I should catch up on this this week 
(p much just in time for vol 4 lol)
It’s still saturday here (barely!), but time for chapter 24! almost finished up with this volume

Also not sure if y’all saw, but there was an unofficial announcement that we’re getting an anime adaptation next year! Probably not that surprising, considering it’s a top shonen jump series atm, but still! Looking forward to it
