Yeah. Apparently even after playing in the band for almost a year, Bocchi and Kita are still considered bad players, for some reason.

My impression was not that they’re that bad but more than the rumour mill (and their own weird quirks) was making the expectations Bigger Than Jesus ™ and the actual performance was therefore a letdown.

I swear the inner bocchi face in the second last panel is a reference to something but I can’t place it. Thought it might be king crimson but that’s not right. Blue meanies?

I know hot pot is supposed to be a fun activity to do together, and it would make sense for everybody to contribute something, it would even be taking the word potluck to a whole other literal level. 闇鍋 sounds like it’s essentially just that but with everybody having no idea what’s gonna happen. The name makes me imagine it as like some sort of horrendous mad science food crime, but it’s called that because apparently you’re supposed to eat it in the dark, now I wanna try it and hope for the best, sounds like fun

ニコイチ huh. Now I have a word for when I collect broken microwaves so I can repurpose their parts. For what exactly? Too bad I haven’t thought that far ahead yet and don’t wanna become microwave food

Also the like and retweet in Bocchi’s eyes when she thinks about my new gear is so good lol

Also with the double bass pedal I can confirm the high hat is a third pedal you gotta switch your left foot to if you want to close it
