とめといて is this contracted?

Hi, I have another sentence here from an old game that I’m having issues with.

土爪で足をとめといて

That sentence is displayed as an indication of what the 土爪 will do once it is selected, essentially calling it out to do something. I know the verb is 止める but I can’t work out what conjugation that is, is it another contraction?

Thanks
