~あげる/あがる vs ~たて

What’s the difference between suffixes ~あげる/あがる (焼きあがる, 書き上げる) and ~たて (炊き立て, 塗りたて). Both seem to mean an action that has just been finished. Is the difference only in verbs with which they are used?
