Recently I’ve reach Level 2, and couple of days past I’m starting to forget how to read the Kanji from level 1. Is there a way to review them again since I’m starting to forget.

I actually highly recommend not reviewing the items in the mean time. Wanikani uses an SRS technique. Basically, the algorithm tests you on certain knowledge between increasingly longer intervals, as a way to test your knowledge. If you fail that test, it’s no problem don’t worry. The SRS will match your knowledge of the item in the system, and put the item a few stages back. That way, you don’t have to study besides Wanikani. The reviewing will automatically adapt to your knowledge of the item

So don’t worry. The forgetting is part of the process. You will almost always forget a few items, but over time, you will remember them more and more with the SRS system.
