It’s by the Victorian English illustrator Louis Wain, who especially liked cats. He also painted some extremely psychedelic “wallpaper cats”. He spent most of his life institutionalised with schizophrenia, and some say that the increasingly outlandish paintings show the progression of his illness, but they mostly aren’t dated so it’s hard to say how true that is.
I went to a concert to see my favorite band, Terror Pigeon, and bought one of his albums afterward and this little guy he drew was on a sticker that came with it
So basically she’s a virtual YouTuber who sings, plays games, and other stuff that streamers do. She’s got an amazing voice range, has a very strong and assertive personality, is a great artist and has an amazing sense of humor.
