Not that much to say for this week.

I’m not sure if I buy that 浅見 was only acting. It’s related to his sister after all…

Since you all brought up 桐山 as a possible suspect last week I can’t get it out of my head anymore. I was so suspicious of him this week. His behavior fits so perfectly that I would be shocked if it isn’t him. Or was I influenced too much by your suspicion?

Since one of our prime suspects now also bit the dust this week, the last remaining of the 3 friends is still totally unknown, and without any open leads. It would be strange to just pull someone we don’t know yet out of thin air. The background with H大 as an elite university also fits 桐山 as a big shot. He was totally concentrated on what they investigated. Plus he could have removed any suspicious stuff at the house search…

Tbh I kind had the same thoughts myself lol Like was he really being suspicious or was I looking at it with preconcieved notions?

It does seem a bit more travel mystery-ish now, so that’s something.

Also, 泪 is one of my new favorite kanji

Yeah I instantly liked it too

Just finished this week’s reading, and indeed the 桐山 theory is seeming very plausible, though I would never have guessed it myself.
