Well tell them that 1 is better than 0. Right now those two Kanji are just dead weight. You can even use 瑠璃も玻璃も照らせば分かる as an example sentence.

I’ll get this changed in our style guide. Though doing this will mean that there are probably a ton of usages that won’t match on the site. If you guys see any please email them in to me and I’ll get them fixed!

Have you guys considered adding a button on the item pages for reporting errors or suggestions? It would be nice to be able to submit feedback for specific items without having to send an email.

So, am I the only one that thinks the new audio sounds strange (not just the volume)? I mentioned before that it sounded computerized, but perhaps it would be more accurate to say that there are artifacts.
札 - the end sounds strange:

Those two are the worst, but I wouldn’t say any of them sound great compared to past audio…
There are now three example sentences with each vocabulary we learn? Hopefully?? This is what it seems like to me, and the example sentences being my favorite thing outside of the SRS, I have to say… You spoil me. This is fantastic.
There are three example sentences for vocab until level 10, after that there is one for most items, sometimes two.
I’d gladly trade these out for some of the many kanji that appear in my graded reader set that don’t appear in WK! One of which appears in the title of one of the books.

It could be that the audio is clipping somewhere in your playback path, which could also be associated with the increased volume level of the new samples. Are you able to try a different audio endpoint/device to see if that helps?
I’m hearing the robotic voice too.
EDIT: Both on my laptop and on my phone.

It sounds similar on my phone, but it’s hard to tell. When I lower the volume it doesn’t sound as bad, so maybe it is related to that. I’ll wait for them to fix the volume and then listen again.

I have headphones on. The end just sounds like small-room reverb to me.
優れる also sounds fine to me.

Ooh, yay! I was wondering why I suddenly had these lessons… especially carrot haha.
I also wanted to say something about the lack of on’yomi for 祭, but I’ll be good and send an email… eventually. But if someone can explain why this isn’t introduced other than for 文化祭、I’d really appreciate it!
I hate words like this. Person + Participate = Carrot?
What? Why? That makes no sense. Whats the story here?

Maybe Japan had a surplus of carrots at some point, and people had to participate to get rid of them. It’s a mystery

Hmm… My guess is that it’s ateji (phonetic reading) rather than having any connected meaning but… who knows? I like the carrot surplus story better.

There are more examples, but this is the one off the top of my head. I’d probably shove these to the front of the list for inclusion in future levels 61- since they come up in material targeted to beginner readers.
My thinking is that the future levels should finish off all Joyo kanji and all JLPT kanji at a minimum.
Also, according to jisho, one of your examples, is Joyo (and thus should probably be in future level 61):
