This looks pretty helpful, especially in the later levels where it’s extremely difficult to learn vocab out of context.
Suggestions:

Make it possible to apply this only to leeches. This script does add a substantial amount of time to reviews, and leeches are the items that could use this script the most. To cut down on the time added, I think it would be helpful if we could choose to only apply it to our most critical items. Or, maybe like an on/off switch per item: first we see the word in isolation, and then we have the option to show it in a sentence.

Make it possible to change the font size. Since the font is so huge, you have to scroll to read the whole sentence.
I also found some words that the sript is not currently working for: 殖える、詰まる、中枢、継ぐ、刈る、
