[Userscript] Jisho Radical Search

Maybe it’s just me being blind, but it always takes me minutes to look up an unknown kanji on Jisho because I can never find the radical(s) I want from the list. This script solves that problem.

Jisho Radical Search adds a search bar for radicals to Jisho.org, allowing for the filtering of radicals by name. Names used are mostly drawn from Wikipedia and Wanikani, and each radical can have multiple valid searchable names. Hover over a radical’s button to see all of its names. You can search for multiple names at the same time by separating them with commas, and inputting a blank query will clear the search. Found radicals are highlighted in green.

Wish I had something like this a year ago, but this will still save me tons of time.

with this script, after searching for yakuza, it was to supposed to highlight the radical like in that screenshot?

but here the window is cutting the lower part of the window, how to fix?

there isn’t a scroll either.

This is something I noticed happens sometimes, you can close and reopen the radical menu and it will fix itself. I’ll look into it.
