Have you read the Guide and FAQ? @jprspereira 's guide is also incredibly helpful.
If you have, then basically, due to the Spaced Repetition System, once you have reviewed the radicals enough times correctly, and they have reached Guru level, the first Kanji lessons will unlock. It is slow at first, but it will speed up.
