Well that was lovely. The festival confession was very sweet, but I love that they ended with them walking to school and having exactly the same type of teasing conversation as always.
Finishing was very bittersweet, so I’m so glad that we aren’t really finished 
Step 3 was the hardest for sure!!
It’s incredible how much they’ve shrunk over time, I didn’t even notice until reading that Volume 7 chapter (although maybe it’s mostly that the proportions of their faces changed and they look more childish because of it?)
The ending was pretty cute, as expected of this manga, just pure wholesomeness (the 癒し系 tag is super earned). I think I was ready to finish it, and knowing there are so many more spinoffs of the 山本先生verse I think we will be busy for decades to come still hahaha.
