Happy Holidays to everyone! I admit I have been busy over the holidays, but I managed to bring down my 400+ reviews to 51 today!
I’m planning to officially start the rest of level 14 kanji by Monday. I’ve put it off long enough but the elapsed time of not taking in new lessons allowed me to marinate the previous kanji + vocab I’ve learned. I found out I still can confidently answer 90% of the reviews! The other 10% being mostly confused with similar-looking kanjis or forgetting the reading but remembering the meaning. I also have been doing passive listening because I’ve started watching 3 animes during the holidays. Though I wasn’t logging it at all lmao I’m currently enjoying watching Kaiju no. 8 and Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill. I love the food visuals and I cannot help but eat while watching it lol
I hope to make good progress for the next couple of months with my Japanese. I can tell that it’s working well because I can recognize the vocab from the dialogues in the anime while watching. I’m really excited for what this year has to offer!
