So from your Tankobon 5, if you transition to the digital Shinsouban Volume 4 you’ll have 5 chapters of that volume left to read. So even though it’s funny that you only needed 1 chapter from your Tankobon before switching at least there is still almost a volume worth left that doesn’t overlap.
If you continue with Tankobon vol 6, then after you read 5 chapters, the digital Shinsouban vol 5 has 12 unread chapters left.
So it depends on how much you have to pay for the physical copies. Every few months Bookwalker has Slam dunk at 40-50% off so I’ll tag you then!
