Similarities between Japanese and Turkish

I’d like to thank you for taking your time to read that long post and typing your thoughts, i really enjoyed reading your output.

I meant no offense to any of the researchers mentioned in my post by categorizing their work as a ’ scholar ’ or an ’ enthusiast ’ , it’s just i couldn’t find any other way to present all of their arguments in a digestible way other than this approach. I believe i’ve gained different perspectives on the issue thanks to all those individuals whether they were in my self perceived ’ scholar ’ or ’ enthusiast ’ camp.

Also, as you touched upon culture and it’s influences on the language i remembered something. A researcher argued that since the early Turkic speaking people were Nomads this may have affected their language at a fundamental level. They theorized that the modern Turkish verbs and nouns indicate person because the lifestyle of their Nomad ancestors focused entirely on efficiency; doing more with limited resources and this reflected upon their language as well. It’s an interesting theory, so thank you for reminding me that.

Your downtime project sounds intriguing, maybe i should focus on something productive as well, i still haven’t read that book i cited ( Inasaku Izen ) i believe most of the answers lies upon that book and now seems like as good a time as any to finally delve into it.
