https://www.wanikani.com/vocabulary/空くin this page it pronounced as あく, but for the meaning as “to become empty”, following by jisho and other (including autocomplete for kanji) it might be すく.

This thread here was made to explain the nuances between the two readings. It’s not uncommon that one word have different readings depending on the context. There is a solution marked, but also there is a good discussion in the thread about how WaniKani can/can’t deal with these situations and how to go about teaching and thus grading the user’s knowledge of the kanji itself.
In short, WK and Jisho are both correct and neither are incorrect
