New challenge time! 
Firstly, thanks to @DIO-Berry for continuing to host these reading challenges!
I’ve got several short stories that I’d like to read to start this challenge with and then I’ll find something a little longer. Starting off with some leftovers from the Aozora Advent that were a little too long for me to read in one sitting.
First one is: 少女病 by 田山花袋, read the first chapter.
Find the style interesting so far.

Another quarter, another reading thread I’ll update daily to weekly as I remember to track these things.
Over the holidays, I’ve gotten into Persona 3 Reload, which has been a lot of fun and great progress. On days I’ve been able to invest time into it, I’ve mined 20ish words each day. I plan to keep it up for a while longer. I’m about 20 hours into the game and I’ve been going slow, so I think I’m less than a quarter of the way through.
Apart from that, I’m sure more manga is in my future. I would like to finish what I own of Frieren, and get my hands on the second arc of Chainsaw Man.

Woke up in the middle of the night. Couldn’t get back to sleep 
but on the positive side I did a lot of Japanese reading, much more than 10 minutes!

Late started to the challenge here! I haven’t been reading nearly as much as I would like, and in 2024 I joined a few of these challenges and they really motivated me, so I’m back. I don’t have any particular goals for this challenge other than reaching for native materials more often. To combat any perfectionist tendencies, I’ll start the calendar from 1/1, this way I already know I won’t have 100% completion

安達としまむら 第二巻 - 37 pages (80% → 100%)
That’s the second novel complete! The whole book was absolutely adorable - really excited to start on the third one. I got lots of reading in today so I’m satisfied until tomorrow

Read my first manga of the year! I’m actually in the middle of a Slam Dunk volume. But I started a different manga today and ended up finishing the whole volume!
It was the first volume of レンタルおにいちゃん!! I saw it was in a book club here on WK I believe, and thought it looked good. It has a limited free version on Bookwalker right now!! So I used that

Day 5:
Read the first part of chapter 3 in A Sign of Affection 1 - don’t remember how many pages exactly but it lined up with the amount allocated for the week in the ABBC, so I’m happy with that. Progress continues.

January 5 - Well, I was able to squeeze my daily page of The Hobbit in during my lunch break from work. As expected, though, going back after a long vacation was exhausting…
