• Two chapters of Frieren that rather taxed my abilities to concentrate as at least one was one of the archtypical ‘let me explain to you why I instantly win’ shonen thingies. Nearly at the end of the anime content.
  
  I have to say I think the manga is rather poor at depicting action which is one reason why the anime is such a step up. That and the astounding OST.

SeaBed VN today too, plus a little Flying Witch - just a half chapter. The first volumes of Flying Witch are not that difficult, but it sure gets more difficult in the later volumes! I really like the series though - easily one of my top 3 manga series.

There’s action I can feel that the end is near. 720p x 3% = 21p today. 10% left is 72 pages. Omg, that’s a lot of pages I want to be done with this book.

I want to catch up on the latest Silent Witch book. And わたしの幸せな結婚 whose newest book came out like 2 weeks ago without me knowing for 10 days.

Also currently reading 引きこもり令嬢は話のわかる聖獣番: 5 and コーヒーが冷めないうちに. I can’t remember the last time I was reading 3 books at the same time.

I didn’t expect to read the whole chapter after coming back from work, but before I knew it, I finished it. So much for fixing my sleep schedule though

• Finished Frieren 6. Slowly getting easier, but Frieren is still a bit above my truly comfortable level. A great source for battle terminology at a relatively easy pace though. Predict it will get difficult for me once we pass the animated portion (in roughly a chapter or so)
• Another two chapters of Yotsuba before bed.

Welp. This reading challenge didn’t go as planned. I did GREAT in January but got off track in February. I was going to get back to reading in March and, wouldn’t you know it, life got in the way. I don’t want to get into it, but things haven’t been great in general. Over the last few weeks, I haven’t dedicated much to Japanese study or immersion or really anything productive at all (or German study, or writing, or working out…).

I’m slowly getting back into something that bears a fleeting resemblance to a routine and I want to try this challenge again. I did enjoy reading every day when I was actually participating!

I finished book! I so wanted to be done with it It’s like this for me with every book in this series. Just one book left tho! I can’t believe we’ve read 9 books of this series already.

I’m excited about this The author didn’t give any hints in the atogaki of the previous book regarding when this was going to be released, just “I hope we meet again in the future”. And when I saw that the author was working on a new series, I was like "what’s this betrayal " and thought she had given up on this series. But we’re back now! Wheee :3

Last Saturday was an excellent reading day - I think I managed nearly as much as during the readathon!

Most other days weren’t quite as good, but I’ve succeeded in keeping up with all manga clubs, and pretty much the aDoAJG. I should finish the aDoIJG very soon.

I did read one story from the Spy Family light novel book so can hopefully finish this shortly. I’ve also got leave coming up, so that’s my chance to sort out the non manga book clubs.
