- Started 作りたい女と食べたい女1 from the wheel of random. It’s an interesting read but the effort to return ratio is a bit higher than I would like for a true comfort read.

Feeling slightly better today.
Liking this コーヒーが冷めないうちに book. I remember liking the third one quite a bit when reading it in English too. Now that I’ve been to Hakodate, picturing everything is quite nice. I actually went to one of the best coffee shops in Japan I’ve been to right around the harbour area of Hakodate which this cafe is set in. One of those lovely coincidences of life. It is however destroying my headcannon of this entire book kind of taking place on top of a mountain which I somehow had from the English version, and replacing it with the horrible reality of a beautiful city on some slight hills near the ocean.
Didn’t finish 風立ちぬ today. I’ve got about 10 pages left, hopefully for tomorrow. This section is feeling easier to read than the last one. That’s not saying that much.
Did some ひぐらし. Was hoping to finish off this chapter, but I think this one is a long one. This is where the proverbial **** slowly starts to hit the fan, from what I’ve heard.

I worked was able to work through about half of Grandpa’s letter last night. I’ll try to finish it tonight.
