more bakumatsu book, did about 30 pages of the bakumatsu book, the first ten or so of those were manga pages so a lot easier. also a couple of longer entries on single people.

so it’s here, it looks like the human’s nodding to me? those couple of lines above her head. it’s very small, but idk what else they would be 
the reaper seemed to get over being threatened fairly quickly (for whatever reason) and seemed broadly supportive/concerned across the rest of the story going out of their way to do so, so i suppose any sort of prolonged connection would depend on the human accepting and responding to that. unless holding their hand and walking home with them counts, ig that’s out of the scope of the story
