Card Captor Sakura manga rereading : I read the entire manga in 2021, finished watching the anime this July, and started rereading the manga, this time checking the book club, but didn’t go very far , I’m still in the first of 12 volumes.
Harry Potter ebook & audiobook 1 : I started reading with the bookclub back in 2020. After loosing track and restarting a few times , I’m in chapter 5 of 17.

My goal with this challenge is to try to get back into reading and to make some progress in one or both of these series. In the spirit of “taking and celebrating small steps” , I’ll consider even 1 page read a win for the day!

Plans and goals

3 books
40 manga volumes
5 manga series of at least 2 volume each (hopefully SBC too)

I think there is Extensive Reading thread, but I don’t want just to track yearly, but rather, by quarter, and tracking improvement between those. (And I still can’t reliably remember what the season is, in the tropics, not watching/following new anime seasons… Japan/Northern first, ofc.)

day 1! in the middle of galileo 4 (i finished the third story today), just finished the n1 grammar book, and still plugging away with everything else. started sumire earlier in the week and have almost finished it (hopefully today, fingers crossed).

I have no clue how I read the spider and priest manga in English years ago… The spiderness of the spider guy creeps me out lmao. Although it’s quite spicy.

I decided to add OraDora since I’ve been playing through the main storyline, which is an abridged form of the anime in a psuedo manga form. It’s been really great review of what we’ve covered in club so far and the repetition of words is really making them stick better in my head I find. At the beginning of this week… I was finishing up Part 1’s story (it’s from start to finish on the app). I’ve started Part 2, but my understanding is that Parts 2/3 aren’t completely available yet in story mode. 4/5/6/7 are totally unavailable. I hope to play as much as I can though in order to get DIO. The main storyline gives gacha currency, so it’s a big incentive to play through even when I’m exhausted.

こんばんにちは！Back for winter! Took a break from posting for summer, but read every day anyway. No tick boxes because I always forget about them.
Goal this time is just to read as much as possible balancing with other stuff. Novel reading is pretty embedded as a habit, but I want to read some harder stuff, and more non-fiction/news as well.
