Free Tadoku Books - Level 2 | 7 - Complete! |
I’ve read all the free level 2 graded readers on the site! I don’t think I should continue to level 3 since some of the graded 2 ones were a bit hard. Then again, some were easy and some of them were just right. Tomorrow I guess I’ll try to find some more free graded readers on the internet. I want to buy physical ones, but I need to save for christmas shopping. I’ll work out something! 
18th november 
two chapters of 3月のライオン and i’ve now reached the bit that left the biggest impact on me when i first watched the anime (aka the burnt field chapters) so i’m looking forward to it! still chugging along with suspect x too, things have slowed down a bit so the characters have got some breathing room.

軌跡 looks pathetic because I am looting the 琥珀の塔 and therefore cannot talk to people to read their dialogue. ぼっち looks better than it is because of the two pages I read, only the bottom half of the second had text.

I started a novel with the Natively Children’s Book Club today. This one is definitely the easiest novel like content I’ve tackled so far - honestly almost certainly a better starting point for novels than when I jumped straight into 本好き, but hey, now I can read 本好き so I guess it worked out in the end. It was nice having a novel that feels at about the same difficulty level as my manga experience now, as even still 本好き takes a little bit of “Ok, serious reading mode engaged”, but I read 人類サバイバル in bed without any access to e.g. yomitan and it went fine. So I guess I’ll put this on my weekly rounds.
19th november
two chapters of 3月のライオン (almost finished the burnt field chapters). had to stop in the middle of a chapter of suspect x but i’m getting there! this is from yesterday but the kaito files is good fun! tho like the majima saga in kiwami 2, there’s not a whole lot to do outside of the main plot (that’s substantial anyway). the difference here is that the majima saga was free content, this is paid DLC
edit: finished the queer anthology and it was fine? none of the stories have really stuck with me. ah well. on to men at arms!
