… it was so heartbreaking and I had to rage quit reading for like 30 minutes 
… so unfair that no matter how hard she tried, it didn’t work out…

A very productive reading day, though not sure how much I retained.
- Finished ラブ・バレット. Incredible read for a vol 1, probably the second or third manga to reduce me to a sobbing mess? (The last was Frieren 1). I’m going to recommend it to the IMC.
- Continued looking for witnesses in 逆転裁判.
- Started ふつうの軽音部3 as my ‘casual read’, good to settle back in.
- A thankfully shortish chapter of だん飯13.

I moved at a snail’s pace today trying to prioritize reading aloud and working on intonation. Emerged from a few tough fifteen-minute sessions to realize… I’d only gone about five pages

Not feeling the greatest, so I’m happy that I still finished reading the rest of the free level S graded readers! Technically I looked through 9 today, but two didn’t have any words, so I didn’t count them. I wonder why they were included? Anyway all the stories are so cute. I’m going to start the level 0 ones tomorrow!

Not at all! I’m sorry if I’ve come across that way. I’ve got a lot going on atm so sometimes I’m not as diligent about typing what I mean or I get distracted mid message.
So with the end emoji, I’ve been trying to have at least one emoji be pretty universal and then if there are three total, I’m able to tell a story with the other two. I’d be fine with going down to two instead of three, but I worry that if I don’t use something more standard that people will get confused. It’s totally possible though that I’m worrying too much.
I’d be happy to set up a poll or honestly if people just replied to this with their thoughts on whether it would be confusing or not, I’d change to two emoji in the future if the consensus is that it’s not confusing.

Finished the first chapter and read 5 pages of the next chapter.
Mountain Tim has been introduced and all I know about him is that my friends like him and he looks like he belongs in Brokeback Mountain. I was not expecting him to be a Disney princess??? Animals love and respect him??

Day 11: Volume 5-7 of Shadows House are done. Actually I almost finished volume 5 yesterday because I was curious how it’s going to continue 
… so it should count partially towards yesterday, but whatever~ time is a social construct 
So much has happened over these few volumes 
so many interesting developments. I’ll write my thoughts later on my studylog~
My brain needs a break because I’ve been reading all day
