first chapter of vol 9 of ouran! was backstory on the twins (and the last backstory apparently), think it sort of lost me in places but i got most of it. surprise furby mention in the author’s note/column. also read two chapters of sketchy, which was a mistake i should have stopped at one but nvm, done it now. i think i would like it more if it wasn’t full of copied instagram posts 
one entry in the bakumatsu book
today’s nhk article was this one (plus a tiny bit of this one), another granblue chapter (military speech, hate it), and the entry on によって in aDoIJG (which is a whole 8 pages long)
words that stood out
桜蘭：
ウニフラ - speech bubble with lines coming off it in manga. from ウニ and フラッシュ which is fun
スケッチー：
ディグる - to look for (music, etc.). was used in context for trawling through instagram
プデュ - short for produce101, i think
献杯 - toast to someone’s memory or health.
yeah don’t blame you, i only did it cos i had a list going anyway before i started, if i was doing it from scratch i wouldn’t have bothered
