Read episodes 27 - 29 of Sakura and Suzuki on Satorireader! Jumping from the ABBC to Satorireader always gives me such a nice and refreshing feeling. I’m so spoiled by Satorireader. 
New words/phrases:
- 万歳「ばんざい」 “ten thousand years of age,” short for 天皇陛下万歳, tennou heika banzai meaning, “May his majesty the emperor live to ten thousand years of age!” - I knew the meaning of this expression already but never knew its literal meaning and etymology until now
- 嘘みたい「うそみたい」like a like, hard to believe
- 大満足「だいまんぞく」completely satisfied, as pleased as can be
- おく to do something in advance
- 面倒を見る 「めんどうをみる」to care for someone, to look after someone - that was confusing… at first reading, I honestly thought it mean the opposite like to try to hassle someone or try to get someone in trouble.
- 嫁 「よめ」bride
- 事故「じこ」accident
- 渋滞「じゅうたい」 congestion, traffic, delay, stagnation
- ところ in the process of doing, just finished doing
- のに despite this, in spite of, even though
- 迷惑をかける「めいわくをかける」to cause trouble for someone, to annoy, to bother, to inconvenience
- いつまでも forever, indefinitely, no matter what
@Clovie @Akashelia I know you both are reading 舞妓さんちのまかないさん which includes some Kansai-ben in there. Curious what level of vocab and grammar you would recommend I try this manga out? And would you happen to know any other sources for Kansai-ben?
