🎃 🦇 October grammar challenge 🦇 🎃

I’ve recently decided to brush up my grammar again, mainly because I want to be able to use more patterns when speaking. So I wiped my Bunpro account and started from N5 again

This challenge is just right to help me stick to it!

I noticed that even if I have an easy time doing the written exercises I struggle using grammar points while speaking.
Prime example is ~んです which does not seem like a difficult grammar point, but I just never use it.

I’ve decided to learn one sentence for each grammar rule by heart and hope this will help me.

Happy to have you! :bat: :jack_o_lantern:

Totally coincidentally, I actually started going back through the intermediate volume of the dictionary of japanese grammar today  Might as well join in to stick with it for a bit, although I’ll probably just be doing a teeny bit, since my main challenge for october is still reading based.

Get rid of all the spaces in between your lines. If you directly copy and paste what I typed, it will look like this:

I came across ならともかく while reading. It’s an N2 grammar point, meaning “It’s fine if it’s A, but as for B…”

Copy and taste doesn’t Work
Removing the lines also doesn’t work

You can copy by clicking the clipboard in the top right corner:

You also appear to have dashes (—) you need three hyphens (-) instead.

Try deleting ``` from top and bottom if you have

I did use it. But it changed the Format.

You’re almost there, just delete the spaces in between your hyphens

I’m in!

I’m at the point where I’ve got a lot of grammar down, so I’ll probably focus on Keigo… been procrastinating that for a while…

Also, does studying sentence-ending particles count as grammar?
