The latest update to discourse gives you three options. You can choose your current level, previous level or no level. Currently I went with “no level” selection.
I will probably switch back to “current level” when I reach the promised land in a few days 
(it’s not Level 60)

かぶしきがいしゃ means corporation, you can see this everywhere from Sony to Nintendo etc. So かいしゃ obviously means company

I used to have trouble remembering 社会 for the longest time, but I just mentally internalized the sound of it being pronounced. Then I always started picturing the Joker saying “We live in a shakai” and I haven’t forgotten it since.
