I started rewatching Hellsing. It’s been a couple decades lol so I don’t remember much about it. I hear Ultimate is better, but the og is the one I watched in high school so I’ll get the nostalgia out of the way first before I check out Ultimate.
I had a couple of other animes I started and haven’t updated in a while… A Sign of Affection - I think I’ll get back into this one when I’m done with the book series. And Jujutsu Kaisen I was watching with my gf since her brother got us into it, but she’s on a K-drama kick now lol so we’ll probably jump back into JJK when the K-drama is done.

Ah, I haven’t made a September calendar in my home post. Will have to do tomorrow.
I feel like it’s working. Easier to see how I spend my time. I see that I often do tiny reads on work days – only once this week did I prioritize sitting down for 2h to read after work.

Uh, I wanted to make sure I was still doing Japanese studying while in college, and I figured that watching an ep or two each day should be doable right? So mega late but I’m here! Did a little warm up during first week of college to get me into the challenge.
Goals?
- Bare minimum is 20-30 mins of listening (so an anime episode)
- If I listen for more than 30 mins, maybe I’ll mark that day as special?
- First watch without JP subs, and then a second watch with JP subs if I feel I didn’t understand much
If I actually do this everyday, I’ll finish both seasons of 干物妹！うまるちゃんI only ended up watching the first season of 干物妹！うまるちゃん

Hello! This post was made on Sep. 2nd, but promise me, I did actually start on the 1st! I just like to do things late in the day lol. I’ve been prepping myself for the challenge, so I already have watched most of ひもうと！うまるちゃん S1, hence why I’m starting this challenge on episode 8.
Will probably alternate between anime and YUYUの日本語 Podcast during this month.
Not including the intro and outro song, that was about 20 mins of listening.
