Let’s climb Tokyo Skytree - level 60 in autumn 2023

17 days for level 7. Work really kept me busy. I picked up みんあの日本語 in between levels and have barely even been able to make a start on it, but I should have more free time next week to get down to it.

Everytime I see that GIF I get super uncomfortable. I think its the social anxiety thats been in my bones since I was like 5 years old. Just if a 店員 flew out from behind the counter as Iwalked in to いらっしゃいませ me id be turning right around and out the door immediately lol.

I actually did have a おばあちゃん scare me out of her store that way once I was just all SORRRYYYY and gone

Yeah it’s hard to wake up at 4am to do reviews :joy:
I’m doing it because I want to finish as fast as possible

Level 24 get!

Alas this time mostly bad news prevail for me, since JLPT test been cancelled again, this time only in my city. They refused to let us take it in another location as well, which means I would be forced to take N2 next time in July 2021 without any preparations… In best case, hopefully they won’t cansel it worldwide again. Guess I’d submit applications to nearby test sites as well, to avoid the same scenario for the third time in a row. Since next one would be actually critical job-wise.
Ironically, most difficult struggle on modern JLPT is not to obtain an actual language skill, but to get the test blank sheets themselves.

So far so good, at least my actual Japanese skill keep improving and I’m being able to read more stuff with it!
Looking forward the 続き of your post next week, @koro-san さん

Just reached level 29!

I made a mistake and forgot to do my reviews one morning and didn’t do them until lunchtime. So it’s going to be a slightly painful 6 day 20 hour level for me to get back on track. Might seem silly but I know if I don’t stick to my schedule, it’s all going to downhill for me. I need the rigidity and predictability of a schedule.

Level up! I accidentally slept in until 2pm today (Was awake until 6am so I guess I got 8 hours of sleep?) and missed my level up time by a few hours. Hopefully I can avoid that happening during level 17!

Got to level 26 in 16 days, which is a bit faster then my usual.
I decided to challenge myself with a goal of getting to level 30 before New Year, so I’ve set up a schedule and increased daily lessons to 12 on average. I like this faster pace, and I can do it since my work commitments decreased recently.

Level 7, I love the feeling of moving my little sentence up the wiki page every time  I reset on level 7 last time, so I’m super pumped to get to lvl 8!

Level 25 !! :sparkles::sparkles:
Also my language school did a mock JLPT… I half expected to bomb N3, never taken a test or even a mock test before, but did surprisingly well. It’s a good week. :sunglasses:

Some small, but pleasant achievement! Really waiting for my first burn, but this will happen in 2 months or something.

is the list automatically updated or do we have to do this ourselfs?

I’d like to join in but I’m not sure what to put on the speed field. Is that meant to be my current pace for leveling up or something?
