Is there a way to add more dictionaries to the Bookwalker app?

You can, it’s just kinda annoying. You can either:

• Highlight desired word, click Search, then copy it from the search popup menu, or
• Highlight desired word, click Dict, click Search Web, then copy it when it gets searched in your web browser
