Well, I woke up and walked over to the computer and turned it on within about a minute. And on the screen was level 57, so I guess it took me about a minute to get to my current level. If I had taken a different route though, who knows how long it might have taken?
I really ought to make the text instructions (which are below the graph) into something large, bright, and flashing. ![]()
Yup, Iām aware. I discovered the feature by myself, so I think the instructions are sufficient. Might be a good idea to exclude extremely long levels by default though.
Approximately 668 days, (counting the 7 days it took to guru level 60 radical/kanji). Not great, not terrible.
I was pretty consistent until the last ten or so levels⦠Coincidentally that was right around the time I got a job after 2 years of being unemployed⦠I donāt know if thatās related, though. ![]()
I was out of town for the two greyed out levels, so I feel a bit behind on lesson progress those weeks
Edit, 144 days so far
I have a question ![]()
How do you remember your username?
I donāt. I have no idea what it is. I bashed my head into the keyboard when I was trying this website out, because I had no real clue what to expect. But I enjoyed it, and here I am. I have no idea how to change it.
You can email them to change it, but I like it the way it is
Donāt! It is wonderful. I see it on here now and again, and it makes me happy. ![]()

So many people here have leveled faster than me! Iām jealous! (and proud!)
Iāve been on WK 11 or 12 months.
Does anyone have any tips for keeping up with reviews when you have obligations? (Example: full time work)

Not counting Level 1 where I made an account and promptly did nothing with it: 287!
And hopefully if I stay on track Iāll have gone from Level 2-60 in under a year. ![]()
Level 4 today. It took 607 days. Yeah!
@jprspereira actually wrote a post on how to use WK thrice a day and level-up efficiently. Itās somewhere in my bookmarks but I have to actually get back to work so I am posting this as a reminder to myself to reply to you later.
Unless, of course, he links it to you first.
I donāt know how you guys can level up so fast (7/8 days) constantly
Iām no newbie (already knew >1k kanji), but I canāt quite get to that speed, I always mistype some reading or type not supported meaningā¦
3 weeks and 1 day. Iām hoping to progress faster from here on out.
By the way, how did you all get your dope data visualization?
You can use it for whatever time per level you want. Youād just have to reduce the number of new lessons per day. The whole system will work anyway. The advantage is that youād still have a healthier 15 days/levels than if you werenāt following the system. Also, I would guess that following that structure will allow a 15 day/level user to reach 12 day/levels or 10day/levels with a way more healthier progress and without that much effort.
I do sleep. Sometimesā¦
