I had that too but then I did a shift + F5 reload and it appeared again 
Log out and log back in might work similarly.
This happens to me as well, but only sometimes. I think it’s probably something on Discourse’s side of things.

Oh yeah, I’d been meaning to mention this for months. Thank you for being less apathetic than me 
I didn’t realise it was related to the dark theme though. I’d been thinking it was the reviews counter script, but I guess not.
