I’ve renewed my subscription up to 2020, but I only have access to the first three levels again. I tried clicking on the link to contact them but it doesn’t work, and they won’t respond to my emails. How can I contact them?
It’s still the weekend in America, so give it a day or so, I’d say. (unless you’re saying you emailed them like a week ago or something)

I didn’t even think of that, thanks! It was late on Friday when I emailed them so yeah, they probably just haven’t seen it yet.
