Does Popjisyo.com still work?

Hello,
I’m using Tobira to study and on page 54, we should use Popjisyo.com for a “preactivity” but when I enter the link https://tobiraweb.9640.jp/preactivity/03/car.html in Popjisyo.com it says that the webpage cannot be found but the link clearly works.

Error:
ページ「https://tobiraweb.9640.jp/preactivity/03/car.html」が見つかりませんでした。

I also tried Rikai.com and the link works there.

Worryingly, six years later I’m wondering the exact same thing!

I’m guessing the answer is no…
