What am I missing here? Both words seem identical kanji-wise and are both colored purple as vocabulary items. When they come up in reviews, I get it wrong half the time because it is supposed to mean “clubroom” and the next time just “room”. Where is the difference and how do you identify it? At any rate, I understand the meaning but getting over the review hurdle is annoying when I don’t see a difference. Thanks.

Do you mean 部室 and 部屋? The second kanji is different
